Originally from Hertfordshire, Andrew's successful career in property development owes much to his ability to think laterally, identify new opportunities and develop relevant, tailored strategies.  His sense of team work and collaboration was honed by his sportsmanship with valuable transferable skills gained from extensive overland travel in some of the world's most remote areas.

Andrew gained a  BSc (Hons) Degree in Agriculture from Wye College, London University and then worked on an 1800 acre estate in Kent.

Itchy feet  led him to working as an  Expedition leader on a trip from UK to Zimbabwe and back and driving groups of people around South America.  He learnt vital transferable skills and says:

"If anyone thinks that leading a group of people for long periods of time through remote and unfamiliar terrain is a holiday, I can assure them it's not!  I had some wonderful experiences and met some inspirational people but it was of the most demanding things I've ever done. The experience and transferable skills  I gained have largely shaped me into the person I am today. Managing a development project  can also be full of surprises and things can change rapidly.   The key to success is to calmly and quickly assess the situation and plan a rational and relevant strategy."

On his return, Andrew ran a successful engineering business developing new products for the horse racing industry with the Jockey Club. After gaining an MBA from Southampton University, he developed an interest in property refurbishment and was  Operations Manager for a pub theme company called Inn Gear.  He was responsible for 40 staff – picture framers, restorers, sign writers and carpenters and a team of 12 sub contactors working nationwide. He then set up his own building firm, operating in South West London refurbishing high value properties. Clients included Jemima Khan and Penny Smith and he purchased his first investment property in London, gradually expanding his portfolio of properties for conversion or refurbishment.

Andrew developed his relationships with Joint Venture Partners (JVP’s) and the organisation evolved into the successful and innovative organisation that exists today.
