House prices increased by 7.2% in 2016 says the Office for National Statistics with the Council of Mortgage Lenders revealing a record £53.6 billion of loans went to new property owners, a rise of 13.5% (15th February). The average property now costs £220,000 - a £15,000 year on year increase.

House prices across the UK are expected to rise by three per cent in 2017 says the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.  Demand will continue to outstrip supply.

It was in by Christmas for several new owners of our flagship renovation at Stratton House in Dorchester.  The former Grade II listed council offices in High West Street have been transformed into luxurious town centre homes boasting many period features.  Each property has its own parking.

We're currently negotiating to purchase a site in Poole's exclusive Canford Cliffs which would be for a contemporary 3000 square foot house. We'll be looking for funds so please get in touch if you are interested.  The property would be ready by the end of 2017.
