Properties at our flagship project Stratton House in Dorchester have been snapped up with only four out of 17 still available.  We're holding an open day from 10am-2pm on Saturday 24th September so please let us know if you would like to attend. We've recently got permission to convert office space into a further two homes. Prices at the development in High West Street range from £275,000 to £315,000 and each property has its own town centre parking. The properties feature a host of original features such as this lovely wall plaque.

We're pleased to announce that our holiday cottage in the beautiful village of Shroton in north Dorset has been a great success with lots of summer bookings. Sleeping six (and a canine friend!) the luxury 5* Courtney Cottage is available through English Country Cottages and available for short winter lets too.  It combines old worlde charm with all mod cons and is located in glorious countryside.  It has parking and a garden and overlooks the ancient fort Hambledon Hill.

Two show properties will be open for viewing as from 2nd April at our flagship property Stratton House in Dorchester.  A house and an apartment will be fully furnished and ready for viewings with local agent DOMVS. Four of the properties have already been reserved including the largest.  Prices start from £155,000 and the whole development will be finished by mid July.  The property was formerly used as council offices and the development has a good mix of luxury flats and houses, each with its own parking - a real boon in a busy county town!

Hard hats and high viz jackets aren't normal Saturday clothing but our investors and potential purchasers donned the safety stuff for our open day at Stratton House in Dorchester on 30th January.  Lots of interest in a range of properties has been expressed.  The first show homes will be open for viewing in the Spring with local agent DOMVS.

The sound of racing fire engines and alarms is usually enough to spell fear and dread - but not in this case!  Our new project in Dorchester, Stratton House, was used for practice drill by Dorset Fire & Rescue due to its complex layout.  The property was also used for a music video by rock band Shiny Life - diversification indeed!  Please have a look at the following link:

There's only one property left at our lovely renovation of a period farmhouse in the charming village of Shroton near Blandford, Dorset.  Overlooking Roman fort Hambledon Hill, the last remaining wing which comprises the left hand side of the property will be on the market shortly.  Two other units have been sold and the happy owner is now enjoying life in one of Dorset's prettiest villages.

The work at our most ambitious project to date is well underway - Stratton House is the former council offices in Dorchester, Dorset's county town.  A wealth of period features  including beautiful fireplaces, grand staircases and the original shutters will enhance the living environment in a range of flats, houses and offices.  A successful open day was held on 30th January with serious interest being expressed in several units.

The renovation of our farmhouse in the North Dorset village of Shroton (also called Iwerne Courtney) is well underway.  The three properties, each with their own garden and unique character, should be on the market in the autumn.

Investors came up trumps and we will shortly be starting the renovation of our new project in Dorchester.  Grade 2 listed Stratton House is the former home of Dorset County Council.  With its lovely original Georgian features and parking, we're sure the 15 units will be snapped up.

It was all aboard for a celebration with a difference as our friends and associates joined us for drinks on Dorset's tall ship Pelican.  The Class A sail training vessel was moored alongside for the first Poole Harbour Boat Show in May.  Pelican's home port is Weymouth and she is operated by charity Adventure Under Sail.
