  • Designs layouts and chooses applicances and fittings 
  • Manages contractors on site
  • Pays bills from joint venture bank account  (Partner Package)
  • Manages  joint venture joint bank accounts (Partner Package)
  • Monies from any sale
    • Partner Package - monies into joint venture account 
    • Client Package - monies go into client's bank account
  • Ensures project is finished,  site cleared and tidied
  • Instructs agents to sell or manages letting agent




  • Appoints letting agent
  • Authorises appropriate maintenance and repair works
  • Condition checks
  • Manages the joint venture  bank accounts (Partner Package)
  • Ensures rent collection and takes legal steps for non payment 


  • Instructs Estate Agent or Auctioneer and provides details
  • Liaison throughout the sale with agents and solicitors
  • Liaison with investor during the selling process, ie paperwork
  • Monies from any sale
    • Partner Package - monies to the joint venture  bank account
    • Client Package - monies to the client's bank account
  • Retention of all property records at our offices
