About us
Andrew founded Featherstone Property Consultancy in 2019 and has extensive experience in delivering successful property investments, working on developments throughout the UK. He has over 20 years experience in property and construction, with a background in agriculture/engineering and running his own construction business.
Coming from an agricultural and then building background, Andrew has been a property investor/developer since 2003. He has refurbished and converted hundreds of properties in that time and at its peak had built a rental portfolio of over 100 properties. He has reduced the size of the rental portfolio lately to concentrate on development opportunities, site appraisal, project management and consultancy.
Our Process
We will have an initial meeting to identify your objectives and select the areas where you need support.
We will then take it from there to organise and manage the process.
Our projects are a product of teamwork and collaboration.
The team include:
