Joint Venture Projects

We are always on the lookout for profitable property development projects and continually view and analyse potential sites. 

When an offer is accepted, we initiate the conveyancing process and either run the project ourselves or offer it as a Joint Venture (JV)  project with shared profits.
 

In a JV Partnership we will:

  • Use our experience and professional contacts to predict likely build costs, revenues and profit margins.

  • Carry out detailed analysis on the project using internal and bespoke analysis software.

  • Set up a new SPV Limited Company specifically for the project

  • Organise all the legal aspects of the purchase by liaising with solicitors.

  • Arrange Commercial Finance and calculate the equity required and returns (ROCE) to each party.

  • Organise quotes from contractors, arrange contracts and oversee the building works.

  • Organise the marketing and selling of the finished units.

  • At all times, keep you informed of progress, budgets etc and allow you to follow the project as closely as you wish.
