External refurbishment of a luxury apartment block in Sandbanks, Poole in 2023. Including the upgrade of all balconies and external rendering. As well as the common parts, comprising the entrance hall, stairs, shared windows, garages & carpark. Plus an upgrade of the shower block at the beach entrance.
